Nov 26, 2024 · The General Specification for Building Works 2024 Edition issued by the Estate Management Division of the Housing Department lays down requirements of the quality of materials, standard of workmanship, testing methods, and acceptance standards for building maintenance and improvement works that come into effect from 1 December 2024.

HOS 2024 will be the first Subsidised Sale Flats (SSF) sale exercise for implementation of the scheme.
