Vigan, officially the City of Vigan (Ilocano: Siudad ti Vigan; Filipino: Lungsod ng Vigan), is a component city and capital of the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 53,935 people.

It has four provinces, two of which are known for their historical and cultural significance: Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte. Vigan, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the must-visit architectural landmarks in the Philippines, is in Ilocos Sur.

Located in the northern part of the Philippines, Vigan was a significant trade stop — one that was part of the Silk Route — and later on, became the political, economic, and religious center of North Luzon.
