Waterbury police say Steven Torres, a 42-year-old city resident, was charged after police found him in possession of crack cocaine and a BB gun.

Pabon-Reyes was a convicted felon with an extensive criminal history, according to police. During the search, officers reported finding crack cocaine, heroine, fentanyl, narcotic packing materials, and $560. He was held at the CT Dept. of Corrections on a $51,000 bond.

Reyes, 33, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a child.
