Nora Nelson of Boston will be arraigned on Friday after being indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury for the stabbing death of Joseph Donohue, 65, of Charlestown, the district attorney said Thursday.

Nora Nelson was charged with murder on Feb. 6, in connection with the death of Joseph Donohue of Charlestown.

Police obtained an arrest warrant from Boston Municipal Court in Charlestown on Thursday that accuses Nora Nelson, 24, of the murder of Joseph Donohue.

The man has now been identified as 46-year-old Joseph Donahue of Charlestown. Further investigation revealed Donahue had been shot. EMS pronounced Donahue dead on the scene.

Joseph Donohue, 65, was found Sunday with dozens of stabbed wounds across his torso and head after police went to his Charlestown houseboat for a welfare check.
