Nora Nelson is charged in the death of 65-year-old Joseph Donohue, who was found dead after police went to the marina to conduct a well-being check on Feb. 2.

Joseph Donahue, 65, was found with stab wounds to the head and chest inside his household in Boston in February. His alleged lover, Nora Nelson, 24, has pleaded not guilty to the crime.

Prosecutors said Nora Nelson, 24, of Boston, stabbed attorney Joseph Donohue, of Charlestown, 67 times, including in the head where part of a knife was still lodged when he was found.
