According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Texas tight end sustained an ankle sprain on one of his 40-yard dash attempts Friday. Helm had to retry his first 40 attempt after being called for a false start. After taking a few steps, he could be seen landing awkwardly on his right foot.
