The communities in Oakland and Wayne County affected by the flash flood warning until 11:15 p.m. include Livonia, Southfield, Novi, Canton, Northville, Westland, Farmington Hills, Farmington, Plymouth and Redford, according to the weather service.

The National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning at 6:11 p.m. EDT on Monday in effect until 6:30 p.m. EDT for Wayne County.

On Friday at 9:14 p.m. the NWS Raleigh NC issued a flood warning in effect until Saturday at 12:15 a.m. for Wayne County.
