The Royal Commission of Inquiry into the pandemic is focusing on eveyday people's views on lockdowns and vaccines.

The inquiry aims to look at lessons learned from the government response, in order to prepare for future pandemics.

Experts have told a Royal Commission the public reporting breaches was ineffective, as disabled community members describe being abused over masks.
