Naples-based Landmark Hospitals has filed bankruptcy proceedings yet says it has no plans to close its long-term care hospitals in Georgia, South Carolina and Missouri, according to court filings.

Landmark, which operates six hospitals across three states, will kick off a marketing process for its facilities in the coming weeks as it seeks new capital or owners.
