Kent State men’s basketball coach Rob Senderoff scored more than a contract extension last week — he got a healthy raise, too. The Golden Flashes boosted Senderoff’s annual base salary from $375,000 to $500,000 as part of the six-year contract extension he signed on Friday, March 28. The extension runs through the 2030-31 season.

Senderoff, the winningest coach in Golden Flashes history, spurned reported offers from schools like Fordham to remain in Portage County.
