Improved visibility could be coming for motorists driving after dark at the intersection of GA 99 and Golden Isles Parkway.
The pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle and killed on U.S. Highway 17 on March 18 has been identified. Georgia State Troopers said that the woman’s name was Vicki Lynn Collins, 45, of Jacksonville.
