A woman from Charleston recently won $50,000 on an instant lottery game. M. Conway said she purchased the winning ticket at Casey’s General Store #3267, 9102 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith. She scratched off her ticket in the store and didn't see an “instant win” symbol.

ASL said she celebrated her big win with a happy dance inside the Fort Smith gas station before sharing the news with her husband.

The player had received a call saying he was the winner of a $5.123 million jackpot prize, matching the numbers 1, 6, 7, 19, 27 and 40 and bonus number 14, Arkansas lottery officials said in a Feb. 6 news release. The prize breaks a record for the largest state-exclusive jackpot prize in state history, officials said.
