For the Bills, the mark handed over was a B-plus. Overall, ESPN gave only four teams a grade of A. Those were the Denver Broncos, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams. The second-highest grouping was the B-plus Buffalo received.

The New York Jets made some difficult decisions this offseason. The Aaron Rodgers era was a toxic wasteland. General manager Darren Mougey and head coach Aaron Glenn were hired as general manager and head coach respectively to spearhead a new era.

It wasn't an easy offseason for the San Francisco 49ers.
