William Byron grew the NASCAR Cup Series regular-season points lead after Sunday's race at Nashville. Transgender athlete AB Hernandez, a 16-year-old junior at Jurupa Valley High School, won multiple medals at California's state track and field championships, after President Trump ordered officials to block her from competing.

The victory is Palou’s fifth in six races in 2025 and the Barcelona native is the first Spanish driver to win the Indy 500. After winning the 2023 and 2024 IndyCar titles, Palou is even better in 2025. The only race of the season he didn’t win was the Long Beach Grand Prix. And Palou was second to Kyle Kirkwood in that event.
