A school bus and a Virginia State trooper were involved in a crash Tuesday morning, the Suffolk Police Department said. The crash happened on Wilroy Road around 8 a.m. At 9 p.m. Tuesday, a spokesperson for Virginia State Police said a state trooper was traveling eastbound on Wilroy Road when he struck the rear of the Suffolk school bus stopped at a railroad crossing.
