New Chicago Sky guard Hailey Van Lith will begin her WNBA career with a new jersey number that still carries a special meaning.

The Chicago Sky added depth to their roster Monday night by selecting Ajša Sivka and Hailey Van Lith in the first round of the WNBA draft.

Vandersloot is a legendary figure in the Sky organization, returning to Chicago this offseason after spending the last two years with the New York Liberty. She spent the first 12 seasons of her career with the Sky, winning the WNBA Finals in 2021, and is one of the most decorated players in league history.
