Trump, Scotland and golf
Digest more
President Donald Trump landed in Scotland on Friday and promptly reignited his war on windmills. The president, who despises the wind farm next to his golf course near Aberdeen, once again raged against wind energy while on the tarmac at Glasgow’s Prestwick Airport.
President Donald Trump is traveling to Scotland as his family’s business prepares to open a new golf course in Aberdeenshire, billed as “the greatest 36 holes in golf."
President Trump is expected to spend much of his time at his golf courses. He'll also meet with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
