WILLIAMS COUNTY, N.D. (KMOT) - The total number of measles cases in North Dakota in 2025 increased by one on Tuesday. According to the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services’ measles dashboard, Williams County now has 18 reported cases this year, and the state total sits at 36.
