On Aug. 9 in downtown Wellsboro you may see Spider-Man dangling from a tree, or the Fantastic Four or Superman flying by at the fourth annual Wellsboro Comic Con.

The Deane Center for the Performing Arts and the Wellsboro Comic Con present Infrared Radiation Orchestra as a free outdoor concert and invite everyone to attend.
