A judge closed a case from a woman who accused Combs of raping her at a 1995 party, with the Jane Doe saying she feared the dangers of naming herself.

One of the sexual assault cases against rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been dropped after a judge dismissed the case on March 31, a report suggests. The lawsuit was dropped after the anonymous complainant failed to refile the complaint under her real name.

"This woman chose not to proceed and subject herself to the media circus and the perceived danger she felt," said the woman's lawyer Tony Buzbee
