Donovan Mitchell scored 27 points, Evan Mobley added 21 and the Cleveland Cavaliers bullied the New York Knicks from the start Friday night, winning 142-105 in a matchup of two of the Eastern Conference's top teams.

In front of a national television audience, the Cavs thoroughly dismantled one of their top competitors in the East. Mitchell and Mobley combined for 48 points.

By bringing in two new reinforcements on the wing, it helps the Cavaliers get deeper at their biggest position of need by adding multiple two-way, versatile threats. Yet, factoring in any mid-season addition has more layers of complexity than just incorportating their services on paper.
