NASCAR is reportedly close to finalizing a five-year deal to hold at least one national-series event a year at Winston-Salem’s Bowman Gray Stadium for the next five years.

A wild finish led to a brawl between two racing families and a track official pinning one racer to the ground in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Track crew chief Jimmy Brown pins Kyler Staley to the ground following the Street Stock Series race on June 28 at Bowman Gray Stadium. Staley was suspended for three weeks. When the Street Stock race at Bowman Gray Stadium ended on June 28, the real action began.
