SAN ANGELO, Texas (KBTX) - Texas Governor Greg Abbott visited Spur Arena in San Angelo on Thursday afternoon for a press conference after severe flooding in the area.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott will share an update on the state's continued response to recent severe flooding that impacted communities across the state.

By all accounts, forecasters provided adequate warning — the problem was communicating the danger to residents.
