Japanese free agent pitcher Roki Sasaki is nearing a decision and is reportedly down to the Dodgers, Padres and Blue Jays

The New York Yankees, Texas Rangers and San Francisco Giants have been informed Japanese pitcher Roki Sasaki won’t be signing with them.

Padres officials hosted Sasaki in San Diego over the weekend after the pitcher visited the Blue Jays last week in Toronto.
