THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has received a donation of 15 mobile kitchens, two mobile water tankers, and two mobile water treatment units from Sen. Joel Villanueva.

The mobile kitchens were designed to provide hot meals to internally displaced persons and families during emergencies.
