Arthur Folasa, who gained fame as "Afa" Ah Loo during season 17 of Project Runway, has been identified as the victim who was fatally shot over the weekend during a "No Kings Protest" in Salt Lake City,
"I'm white, a citizen, nondisabled, educated, and have easy access to transportation. I knew other people weren't going to be able to attend safely, and I wanted to be there for them."
Thousands of residents turned out for “No Kings” protests across the WAMC listening area this weekend. WAMC Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Jesse King reports the events were largely peaceful.
