Two fans were competing against each other in the layup tic-tac-toe challenge (score a layup to place an X or O on the board) and while one fan got off to a hot start, the other seemingly messed up his knee real bad with a hard fall to the court.

As he went up for a layup, the Atlanta Hawks fan slipped and crashed to the ground holding his knee in obvious pain.

During a game where fans have to make baskets to get pieces for a game of tic-tac-toe at center court, a fan appeared to suffer a devastating leg injury on his first layup attempt. As he was about to jump he appeared to slip and went down in pain, holding his knee.
