Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has been tipped to reject a return to Tottenham Hotspur, while Paul Merson reckons Arsenal "will buy him".

Mathys Tel left Bayern Munich on the final day of the January transfer window to join Tottenham Hotspur on a six-month loan deal.
