The Chicago Bears already made a splash hiring Ben Johnson as their new head coach, but now the focus shifts to improving a roster with holes in the trenches, most notably the offensive line. The Bears are expected to be quite active this offseason -- through free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft -- in filling three (possibly four) starting jobs along the offensive line.

Ryan Poles and the rest of the front office will likely go big game hunting in free agency to rebuild the offensive line in front of quarterback Caleb Williams and then address the remaining roster holes as needed.
