It was not clear why this bizarre decision was made, however German publication BILD now claim that European football’s governing body UEFA had taken issue with Bayern’s 2024/25 home kit and banned it. According to BILD, the problem is to do with the dark numbering and lettering on Bayern Munich’s red kit.
