The New York Giants will enter the 2025 NFL draft in hopes of landing their quarterback of the future. NFL.com draft analyst Bucky Brooks believes they will do just that by selecting Miami's Cam Ward with the third overall selection.

Some trends are beginning to emerge for those who have yet to dive headfirst into the deep end of this year's NFL mock drafts. Most prospect evaluators and scouts have Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward over Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders like ESPN's Mel Kiper.

Sanders is smart and throws well within the structure of an offense. His experience under former Browns coach Pat Shurmur, who runs NFL-style concepts, will help him adapt quickly to the pros.
