The 22-year-old Kim routinely played to the crowd in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and backed it up with three key 8-footers and nearly the first ace in the TGL's brief history.
McIlroy said Woods was as intense as ever for their Week 4 match, the first close one so far in the indoor sim league.

In the first TGL meeting between Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, it was Woods' Jupiter Links Golf Club team that came out on top in overtime against McIlroy's Boston Common team.
"That was awesome. That was so cool," Rory McIlroy said to Tiger Woods as they walked off the green Monday after their TGL match was decided.
Joining Woods will be Kevin Kisner and Tom Kim, while Adam Scott and Keegan Bradley round out the three-man lineup for Boston. Woods, Kiz and Max Homa took a beating in their first match, losing to 12-1 versus Los Angeles.
