Supreme Court Bench of Justices M M Sundresh and Rajesh Bindal will hear Tushar Arun Gandhi’s petition on April 1.

One of the epicenters of India’s freedom struggle, Sabarmati Ashram near Ahmedabad was the residence of Mahatma Gandhi and the laboratory for his experiments in truth and non-violence.

The Chinese Ambassador, who visited the Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, said Mahatma Gandhi observed that China and India are fellow travellers sharing both joy and sorrow in a common journey.
