Alabama A&M, Troy and UAB have all accepted invitations to the Women’s National Invitation Tournament, tournament officials announced on Sunday. Troy was selected as the automatic qualifier from the Sun Belt Conference, while Alabama A&M and UAB received at-large bids.

Tech reached the third round of a postseason tournament for the second time under coach Krista Gerlich. The Lady Raiders fell in the Women's National Invitation Tournament quarterfinals in 2023. Those mark the program's only postseason appearances since reaching the NCAA Tournament in 2013.
