President Donald Trump is meeting Sunday with European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen, taking a break from golfing in Scotland to discuss trade.

President Donald Trump landed in Scotland on Friday, July 25, for a “working trip,” where he plans to play a few rounds of golf at his Trump Turnberry golf resort in South Ayrshire. However, when he landed at the Prestwick Airport to greet reporters,

Trump had most recently threatened tariffs of 30% on imports from the European Union. But on Sunday, he met with the president of the European Commission, and they agreed to a lower level.
