President Donald Trump will speak with United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer at around 7:00 a.m. ET Monday. Trump is speaking with Britain’s top politician a day after signing a trade deal with the European Union. The president is expected to continue trade talks with the UK, and converse with Starmer about the hunger crisis in Gaza.

The Scots are generally not fans of Mr. Trump, and protests were already planned for Saturday. A group called “Stop Trump Scotland” said it was organizing a “festival of resistance” against Mr. Trump during the trip and has called on John Swinney, the first minister of Scotland, to cancel plans to meet with him.

U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said Monday that South Korean officials had flown to Scotland to meet him for trade talks, as Seoul is striving to reach a tariff deal with the United States before this week's negotiation deadline.
