Pennsylvania hunters now have 10 new Sunday hunting opportunities in 2025. After Pennsylvania lawmakers repealed the ban on Sunday hunting earlier this month, the Pennsylvania Game Commission announced on Monday that Sunday hunting begins Sept. 14 and runs every weekend through Dec. 7.

Pennsylvania’s foray into legal Sunday hunting has moved quickly, as the Game Commission officially released a list of new dates for hunters to head into the woods. On Monday, the Game Commission announced that all 13 Sundays between Sept. 14 and Dec. 7 would be open to hunting.

Hunters in Pennsylvania will have 13 Sundays to pursue various wildlife this fall. The Pennsylvania Game Commission ’s board approved an executive order on July 28 which will make 13 consecutive Sundays open to hunting in 2025.
