Air quality alerts remain in effect for yet another day for the entire state of Minnesota with concentrations of wildfire smoke so thick the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has issued a rare hazardous warning.

The Air Quality Alert will be in effect until around noon on Wednesday, according to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). The air quality is hazardous in the far northwest and residents in East Grand Forks, Roseau and the Tribal Nation of Red Lake are advised to stay indoors and avoid outdoor activity.
