On Monday morning, the Clinton County Commissioners selected winners from each grade for the Clinton County Solid Waste Management District’s (CCSWMD) Annual Earth Day Poster Contest.

Winners will get a gift certificate to Barnes and Noble and their posters will be displayed in the municipal building lobby.
