A former federal prosecutor told Fox News Digital he believes the sheriff's office responsible for investigating the John Elway golf cart incident is dishonest or "not doing their job."

TMZ reported Tuesday that former Denver Broncos star John Elway was behind the wheel of a golf cart when his longtime agent and business partner, Jeff Sperbeck, fell off and hit his head. The Riverside County Coroner confirmed that Sperbeck was pronounced dead on Wednesday.
