The good news for Parsons? Steelers' edge rusher T.J. Watt just signed a three-year, $123 million extension that makes him the highest annually paid non-QB in NFL history at $41 million a year. That contract resets the market for Parsons. The three-time All-Pro will likely see a deal of same or more value.

However, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, he's not going to force the Cowboys' hand or threaten to hold out until he gets a deal. Talking on "Good Morning Football," Rapoport reported that Parsons isn't in a rush to get a new contract because he knows he's going to get his money.
