The Saints finally get their quarterback in the third round of the draft. Louisville's Tyler Shough is an odd case because he really struggled in college until his final season when he transferred to Louisville and showed out. He's entering the draft at 26 years of age though, which is why he's pretty far down some people's draft boards.

The New Orleans Saints are in a tough spot with Derek Carr now. There's no question about that, considering he may never play another snap for them. He's dealing with a shoulder injury that may prevent him from playing in the 2025 season.
