An accuser’s lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs was thrown out this week after “Jane Doe” refused to disclose her identity.

A judge closed a case from a woman who accused Combs of raping her at a 1995 party, with the Jane Doe saying she feared the dangers of naming herself.

The lawsuit was, however, just one of more than 40 the rapper faces alongside his ongoing criminal case that awaits trial.
