The MCU movie has beaten the opening day collection of James Gunn-directed Superman. The DC movie collected $515K on its release day in Italy. However, The Fantastic Four: First Steps missed Jurassic World Rebirth’s $1.1 million opening day by a whisker.

Bachrach, Joseph Quinn and Julia Garner also star in Matt Shakman’s superhero adventure, in which the team must save Earth from a “Devourer of Worlds.”

“Avatar” and “The Way of Water” both grossed over $2 billion at the worldwide box office, making them two of the most commercially successful films in history. If “Fire and Ash” follows suit, “Avatar” will be the only franchise to have three films cross the $2 billion threshold.
