The Cincinnati Bengals have officially inked a deal with their second-round draft pick, linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr., out of South Carolina. According to FOX Sports NFL insider Jordan Schultz, it’s a four-year deal with nearly 80 percent fully guaranteed.
