Naked Gun' star Liam Neeson says he and Pamela Anderson sparked a 'lovely, budding chemistry' as co-stars when asked about their purported romance.

Naked Gun sees Neeson play the role of Frank Drebin, Jr., the son of Police Squad lieutenant Frank Drebin played by the late Leslie Nielsen in the original 1988 movie and its two sequels. Anderson, meanwhile, takes on the character of femme fatale Beth Davenport.

The two actors had to step out of their comfort zones to film scenes for the reboot of the spoof-comedy franchise, and Anderson says Neeson supported her along the way.
