Amazon has signed an agreement to acquire Bee, a startup developing an AI-powered bracelet that continuously transcribes conversations throughout users’ days without requiring wake words or activation phrases.

Amazon has launched a flurry of AI products and services, and it recently overhauled its Alexa voice assistant with the technology.
