Well I’ve thought back on this and I would say yes, some displays are on a kind of mezzanine level and they had long ramps, there are also lifts. The armoured vehicles display is all on ground level in a separate hall. So, overall you shouldn’t have a problem

I do not recall there being one. However there are pamphlets and the staff are very helpful.

Yes, they have lockers available against a deposit of 2 Euros. The size of the locker is 44x47x35 centimetres.

I think the message is referring to the Video/Virtual Tour of the First World War exhibition that will re-launch on the website on that day. I visited the museum last Thursday, 19/04/2018, and I can assure you that the whole WW1 section was open and accessible. It was one of the best First World War exhibitions I've visited - and I've visited quite a few. Definitely drop in if you're in Vienna.
