Amazing! Breathtaking views when you get to the murmuring caves section- like you are in a movie, it can’t be real. Not very strenuous. Guide stops frequently. A must do if you’re in the area.Full review by Laura R
Does anyone know if you have to have a guided tour, or can you walk through on your own? Do you have to apply for a photography permit? Thanks :)

I believe you do need a guide and you will need a photo permit. Guides don’t let you take photos inside. There should be info on the website if you look up Skocjan caves on Google.
Is the cave suitable for the oldies and children? Our group has 65 to 75 years old grannies. How long do we have to walk in total for the short tour? Is there any cafe area around there for the one who want to wait?
