Not open on Mondays, but we were still able to walk around the beautifully re-purposed factory buildings which are set in lovely gardens. Full review by charliesU224AJ
We took three kids with us and they enjoyed it especially some of the stores in the department store. There's also lots of cray shops where you can learn to make things. It's pretty cool
Basically, the park is opened most of the time but if you wanna to check the festival, exhibition and shopping mall there, you better check online first.
Sorry... my answer is a little late for you maybe... every time when I go there, I will take off from the City Hall station and walk to there, I think this route is easier.
